2.1 Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee includes:

• Access to keynote sessions, technical sessions, tutorials, and other conference activities open to registered participants;
• One printed copy of the conference program;
• Lunch and dinner provided during the three-day conference;
• For each accepted paper with a valid Author Registration, the paper information will be included in the official conference program and program booklet.

2.2 Applicable Registration Fee

The applicable registration fee is determined by the actual date of payment, rather than the date on which the registration form is submitted.

2.3 CCF/CIPS Membership

Members of the China Computer Federation (CCF) or the Chinese Information Processing Society of China (CIPS) are eligible for the corresponding member registration rates.

Participants who are not currently CCF or CIPS members may apply for membership before registering and making payment for NCMMSC 2026. Once their membership becomes valid, they may register at the applicable member rate and enjoy the corresponding membership benefits.

2.4 Membership Verification

Participants registering as CCF or CIPS members, including student members, must use the name and mobile phone number registered in their respective membership system for membership verification in order to receive the member registration rate.

Please ensure that the name and mobile phone number provided during conference registration are consistent with those in the corresponding membership system.

2.5 Author Registration

To ensure that an accepted paper is included in the official conference program and scheduled for presentation, each accepted paper must be covered by an Author Registration completed by at least one of its authors. The following requirements apply:

• Each accepted paper must have at least one author complete an Author Registration;
• Author Registration and payment must be completed no later than September 30, 2026 (inclusive);
• Each Author Registration may cover one accepted paper only;
• If an author has multiple accepted papers, a single Author Registration cannot be used to cover multiple papers. A separate valid Author Registration is required for each accepted paper;
• Each paper covered by an Author Registration must be presented on site at the conference, either as an oral presentation or a poster presentation. In principle, the presentation should be delivered in person by one of the paper's authors.

Payment can be made via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or bank transfer. Please refer to the registration page above for detailed payment instructions and requirements.

4.1 Invoice

Electronic invoices for conference registration fees will be issued after the conference and sent to the email address provided during registration.

Please ensure that all invoice information, including the invoice title, taxpayer identification number, and email address, is entered accurately during registration.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds of conference registration fees will be handled in accordance with the relevant CCF policies:

• If a refund is required due to reasons attributable to CCF, a full refund will be provided;
• In the event of duplicate payment by a participant, if a refund of one of the duplicate payments is requested, a 30% administrative fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, and the remaining amount will be returned;
• For cancellations due to personal reasons, refund requests submitted at least 30 days before the conference will be subject to a 30% administrative fee, with the remaining amount refunded;
• For cancellations due to personal reasons, refund requests submitted at least 7 days before the conference will be subject to a 50% administrative fee, with the remaining amount refunded;
• For cancellations due to personal reasons, refund requests submitted within 7 days before the conference (inclusive) are non-refundable;
• If an electronic invoice has already been issued before a refund is processed, the corresponding invoice will be voided by CCF in accordance with the applicable procedures.
